Ordering from us definitely counts as an investment. So you will need time to try your pieces on and be sure that you will love, wear and care for them. Not only do we want them to be the best new thing you could have hoped for, we want them to become old friends and companions.

So if it’s not love at first fitting, get in touch. We can advise on sizing if you would like an exchange, and would rather refund you than have something sitting at the back of a wardrobe unworn. All we ask is that you let us know via the contacts page, and return the garment to us by registered post within 2 weeks.

Return postage will be at your own cost. Refunds will be made to the original source of payment within 7 days of receiving your return.

We appreciate being told why the garment is being returned so that we can better understand how to advise future customers on their selection.
